James, "JW," is a lifelong resident of Caroline County with 20 years of banking experience.  JW specializes in knowing the area and how to help businesses plant roots and grow here.  He is very active in community and has a passion for helping develop the youth in the county by serving on the board for, and coaching for youth leagues in the area.

Denise has been in banking for 38 years in the town of Federalsburg. She is committed to her customers and is always striving to provide the best service possible.
